Lisa Asher & Brandon Cutrell perform a special Valentines Day Show!
The Laurie Beechman Theatre, the intimate cabaret theatre located within The West Bank Café (407 West 42nd St., @ 9th Ave) in the heart of New York's theatre district, is pleased to announce plans for our second annual VALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION! On Thursday, February 14th, we'll be putting our best foot forward as we salute love with dinner, a champagne toast, a special musical performance by two of New York's most esteemed cabaret performers and much more. Please plan to join us in our sophisticated, casual venue as we celebrate the year that was, and welcome all that's yet to be. Order now! Seating is limited to 90 guests.

Two ticket options are available for this event. Included in the price of each $75 ticket (excluding tax and gratuity) are complimentary hors' d'Oeuvres, a three course dinner specially created by Joe Marcus, Executive Chef of The West Bank Café, a musical performance by celebrated cabaret artists Lisa Asher and Brandon Cutrell, as well as a special champagne toast.
Show only tickets are available for $35. Patrons should arrive no later than 8:30pm. A $15 food/beverage minimum accompanies this ticket, and a full bar and dinner menu is available.

Expect to hear treasured love songs as well as sassy, swinging tunes from a wide range of composers, from musical theatre to exciting contemporary compositions. Lisa and Brandon will place their unique stamp on a special collection of music.
A Concert for Hillary
Broadway & Cabaret in support of the Clinton Campaign
On Monday, February 18th at 8pm (President's Day), voices from the Broadway and Cabaret stages will join forces to salute Senator Clinton, playing their part to help elect the next President of the United States.
Scheduled to appear thus far: Lisa Asher, Brandon Cutrell, Lina Koutrakos, Steven Lutvak, Liz McCartney (Broadway's Taboo, Mamma Mia), Jana Robbins (Broadway's Little Women, Tale of the Alergist's Wife), Seth Rudetsky (Broadway's The Ritz), Stephen Schwartz (composer of Broadway's Wicked, Godspell, Pippin), Gabrielle Stravelli, Alysha Umphress (Make Me a Song) & Lennie Watts. More artists will be added to the line up shortly. Ray Fellman will serve as Musical Director, and the event is produced and directed by Phil Geoffrey Bond.

Billed as an informal midtown schmoozefest for the theatrically inclined, The After Party happens every Friday from 10:30pm-2am. It is hosted by BRANDON CUTRELL (MAC & Bistro Award winner) and ALYSHA UMPHRESS (XL Star), and features RAY FELLMAN (Captain Louie) at the piano, and award-winning vocalist LISA ASHER (her pour is as ferocious as her belt), behind the bar for this weekly party in the heart of Manhattan's theatre district. There is no cover charge and no minimum. Come and sing yourself as the mic is always open (only rule: your selection must be from a musical!), or sit back and enjoy a cocktail with friends. Located just blocks from the Great White Way, you never know who might drop in. Stars from Broadway and beyond are featured weekly. Lisa is proud to have contributed her live recording of "Both Sides Now" to a tribute CD that is raising funds in remembrance of a young man named Jesse Sebastian. Jessie was 24 years old, and died suddenly this past November.
